Great service and very tasty - Edit
Although the menu is confusing since vegan options are mixed with vegetarian ones, the waiter was extremely helpful and knew exactly what each dish contained. Moreover, he modified some dishes to make them vegan (added vegan sauces, removed cheese...). We had the avocado fries with kimchi sauce (he added this sauce since the mayo wasn’t vegan), the vegetable tempura, sweet potato fried and the tofu sandwich. Everything was very tasty. It was a total 20€.

Ok! - Edit
Stopped here for lunch and had the tofu Poke bowl. Told waiter I was vegan and he said he’d do it without cheese and they did. Was fine, not particularly exciting!

On a Monday... - Edit
We went to B12 for lunch and this was the only other place with Vegan options we could find open on a Monday (despite HappyCow saying a few were open!). We had to explain what veganism was and there wasn’t much choice - but when the food came it was tasty.

This State of Independence shall be - Edit
On the grand Square of Independence this strikingly decked out place offers many vegetarian tapas some of which can be vegan. They are all marked with what looks like the vegan symbol but it just means vegetarian. We had a couple of matcha teas with freshly warmed soya milk. There were screens showing videos of the food being prepared including a vegan tofu sandwich and loaded nachos which could be served without cheese.

Wrong vegan labels - Edit
It’s a good restaurant, the food is good and the staff it’s really nice, but I am a bit disappointed because the “V” label only means “vegetarian”, and there are only a few vegan options. In fact, the “vegan tofu sandwich” it’s NOT vegan because it has BUTTER. They can make it without butter, but you have to ask for it. Nice people, but not a good restaurant for vegans.

Cons: Few vegan options, no vegan desserts, The “vegan tofu sandwich” is not vegan
