Read moreDas NI-Vegan hebt sich sehr angenehm ab; nicht immer das Gleiche wie in HH, wo es fast so aussieht als hätten sich die veganen Restaurants hinsichtlich der Speisekarten abgesprochen.
Sehr lecker, sehr ordentliche Portionen, freundlicher Service und (!!!) leckerere Limonaden.
Lediglich Desserts fehlen noch.
Der Preis… 5 Euro mehr, und es wäre noch immer das Geld wert.

Disappointing experience - Edit
Well, first of all they don't accept cards so be ware to have cash with you! This was shocking to experience since I come from Sweden where there is no cash anywhere.
Read moreFurthermore, they don't speak English, they don't have the menu in English and they don't have an English version at their website. What if I was not familiar with Google translation?
The staff did not even try to be helpful so I could understand what the dishes have in.
In addition to all that, I was expecting something better in terms of food. The bao ban was delicious but the fresh rolls and the curry nuddles were mediocre. I have had better of those in a non vegan Vietnamese restaurant in Athens where they have many vegan options.

They are offering so many interesting dishes and it's hard to decide what to choose. We ordered a banh bao and spring rolls as starters, a specialty with bamboo and dark mushroom with crunchy king oyster mushrooms, and backed bananas as dessert. For drinking, we had jasmin and aloe vera lemonades. Everything was really good. 😊

Ni-Vegan in Lübeck hat eine gemütliche Einrichtung und freundliche Bedienung. Die Speisen sind eine bune Mischung aus dem asiatischen Raum mit u.a. Sushi, Curry und Nudelgerichten.

I had the avocado bowl. It was refreshing and delicious. All of the ingredients were clearly of very high quality. The staff was very friendly and the food arrived quite fast. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere and the toilet was clean and pleasant. Note that the restaurant accepts only cash and German cards as payment! I only found this out after we had already ordered our food because I happened to look the restaurant up on HappyCow. Thankfully the staff instructed us where the nearest ATM was, which was not far.

Ein Traum für jeden Veganer 💚 Essen ohne auf irgendwas zu achten, da alles vegan ist. Man kann natürlich nicht erwarten, dass Ente genau nach Ente schmeckt aber es war sehr lecker und sah mega aus. Räumlichkeiten sind ebenfalls sehr süß.🌸

Read moreDefinitiv ein Besuch wert. Wir waren Sonntags um 18 Uhr zu zweit dort und hatten reserviert. Es war zwar nicht zu voll, aber ich denke eine Reservierung lohnt sich.
Wir hatten eine Vorspeise (Dragon Tofu), zwei Hauptspeisen (Gebratene Udon Nudeln mit Gemüse und Tofu, Reisgericht mit Pilzsoße und Tofu) sowie eine hausgemachte Limonade und ein Softgetränk. Mit Trinkgeld haben wir 50 Euro bezahlt.
Die Portionen waren ausreichend groß und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat für uns absolut gestimmt.
Wenn wir nochmal in der Gegend sind, kommen wir gerne wieder :)

If You are in Lübeck You MUST try this Vegan restaurant. Dont make the same mistake as me and my husband - visit the first day You are in Lübeck - that way You have time to visit again. I would go to Lübeck again only to eat here again!! The food was so good, Fresh and tasteful!!

Very good food, although we were in a side room and nearly got forgotten about. Starters of crispy avocado and bao bun, which was the best. My other half loved it. We also had a mochi pudding but in hindsight no need to.
