Small family owned restaurant. Staff speaks a little English and has an English menu. Serves vegan authentic Vietnamese food. No alcohol. Closes during rain season July-August. Confirmed closed, Jan 2016.

The address belongs to buddist temple but noone knows about this cafe. the point on the map is also not this cafe.

close to the hotels on long beach - Edit
One of the few places that serves vegetarian food close to the hotels/resorts. A little hard to communicate in other then vietnamese,but show them your friendly and that will get a long way. I recommend fresh spring rolls and mushroom clay pot. Super cheap!
