CAREFUL - Edit
NOT fully vegan food, I was there with my Vietnamese boyfriend and he tried the Pizza and the cheese tasted very different than any other Vegan cheese I had before so I told him to ask them how they made it, and they said with soy milk AND a little COW milk. They use honey as well.
And it was very overpriced.

Food not very good (or unavailable) - Edit
We came for lunch (a significant walk) and discovered we were too late at 2pm. We returned for dinner that evening. The mushroom pizza I chose was not available and we ended up ordering spaghetti and macrobiotic spring rolls. The spring rolls were fine, but the pasta was like something out of a can. Only two drinks were available from a menu of at least ten. This is by no means a cheap restaurant, with some mains over VND100K, and the standard of food did not live up to this. My experience here left me frustrated and disappointed.
Cons: Mediocre, overpriced food, Menu items unavailable

Decent vegan spot - Edit
It's a pretty good place. Sort of a hybrid between a restaurant and a store with healthy groceries. The prices are little above average and the food is quite decent. Nothing special but if they really do use organic local products, they got my thumbs up. Overall a nice spot but I've experienced better in Hanoi.
Pros: Decent prices, Pretty tasty food
Cons: Staff speak non or quite poor English, Products with honey

Nha Hang Chay Duong Sinh - Homefood - Edit
My second visit in a year. Was a bit disappointed on the first visit. Today was not happy again. Two dishes selected from their menu was unavailable, so went for a noodle salad. Was very ordinary with a piece of lettuce and an egg tomato cut in half for decoration. The guava juice was nice.
Their dry goods store was good bought some produce. Not sure will revisit this place in a hurry.
Prices salads 50,000 vnd, Mains 60-70 vnd desserts 20-30,000vnd. 21,000vnd is $1

Great place - Edit
Delicious food and huge portions at a decent price. All food is said to be organic and locally grown. The attached shop has a nice selection of munchies and some take-away foods.
Pros: Tasty food, large portions, decent price.
Cons: A bit far from the old section of town, but a cab

fine but not amazing - Edit
More new age than traditional Vietnamese. Didn't have two things we tried to order. Food was fine but didn't make me super excited.

Good food, useful place for vegans - Edit
I thought the food was a bit more expensive than what I was used to (45.000 VND for a set menu when I usually pay 30.000 VND) but it was also really good quality and organic.
Vietnamese and foreigners go there.
They have a great shop with a lot of organic groceries. You can find especially a big range of nuts, vegetables, flour, mock meats there which is very useful when you are a vegan and cook a lot.
Homefood existing in Hanoi makes it really easier to have a vegan diet, for sure.
