Gutes Essen - Edit
Lecker vietnamesisches Essen, Smoothies, Säfte alles tiptop. Ambiente hat uns nicht ganz so gut gefallen, recht laut und etwas kahl eingerichtet.

An oasis of deliciousness - Edit
Feeling so tired of eating the same old varieties of tofu elsewhere, we came in search of fresh veggies and found them here. The poke bowls are epic! We had one of each, and they were both exactly what we were looking for! The French fries were a bit sad but the bowls more than made up for it.
Read moreWent back for a second time. Falafel bowl was excellent again. French fries better this time. Veggie noodle soup was decent - fragrant broth, fresh veggies and loads of noodles. Good fried spring rolls too!

Amazing food at an amazing price - Edit
I had the chickpea curry and the peanut tofu. Both were delicious and served with brown rice which was a nice change from the usual white. Meals were a tad on the sweet side which I love! Only thing missing was a sprinkle of coriander.

Loved it! - Edit
We have just spent 3 days on the Ha Giang loop and were so tired eating tomato tofu and rice! This place was a much needed change.
Read moreWe ordered the avocado toast, hummus toast and the tofu in the peanut ginger sauce (as recommended by many reviews here).

Good - Edit
The place was quite crowded, so you might have to wait for a table. The peanut ginger tofu was very yummy, fresh spring rolls as well (especially the sauce). I read a lot about the cheesecake, but I personally find it overrated - not much flavor and kind of watery consistency.

Pretty good - Edit
I liked the tofu with coconut and ginger the best. Good size portion and reasonably priced at 72K.
Read moreThe fresh spring rolls at 58K were pretty good as well but not the best I’d had on my trip. The roll your own down the road at Bahn Mi Hanoi are better.

🍢🥜🫚 You'll love the Tofu with Peanut Ginger sauce - Edit
Can just affirm the other reviews are correct! Food one of the best in Tam Coc after trying other restaurants.
Read more🍢🥜 🫚Tofu with Peanut Ginger sauce (82k | 3.3$)
My favorite! Comes with brown rice and has finely sliced carrots inside giving a fresh touch. Tofu was flavorful and not bland which was nice.
🍛🥥 Coconut Chickpea Curry (88k | 3.6$)
Comes with brown rice. Creamy sauce with Sauce with Chickpeas and Potatos inside. Very tasty - can recommend.
🌱🍣 Vegan Sushi (88k | 3.6$)
If you like seaweed, that's your go to. Fresh , compact and tasty. Comes with creamy soy sauce to dip.
🍽️🍽️ edit: went again to try more 😋
🌱 Scramble Tofu (68k | 2.75$)
Absolutely delicious. Soft tofu with crisp vegetables and a sourdough bread which is amazing
🍝🥕🫑 Sauteed Noodles with Vegetable (68k | 2.75$)
Solid dish! For spicy or salty lovers there is chili 🌶️ or soy sauce on the table
🥬 Fresh Spring Rolls (58k | 2.35$)
Indeed fresh. Nice to eat as very firmly rolled.
Note to restaurant in case someone reads: A peanut sauce 🥜 as a side would suit very well 🙂
🍞 Hummus Toast (68k | 2.75$)
Very tasty with soft hummus and nice to have the nuts/seed as topping. Bit to pricey given the size in my opinion compared to the other dishes 💸

Delicious Food - Edit
We've been there 3 times during our stay in Ninh Binh cause it's the best vegan restaurant in town. For breakfast we had the hummus toast, which was very tasty. We then tried the two tempeh dishes and we totally recommend them! The fried spring rolls are a delicious starter as well.

Delicious pancakes, nice interior - Edit
We really enjoyed the pancakes with fruit, although they could have done with a bit more peanut butter/syrup as some pancakes were dry. The bowls were also good and very large portions. Bit more on the expensive side but a nice place.

Disappointing Tam Coc Kitchens - Edit
No one can cook in the restaurants of this tourist village. Ngon Vegan is no exception. The fresh spring rolls are good. The rest is crap. No go to Ngon. Go to the Banh Mi women at the harbour and get good food for less money.
