Great options, but worked with me! - Edit
I was invited here for a family event, and was a little cautious after seeing other comments.

However, they ask when you book ahead for dietary requirements or allergies.
Their current menu offers a really good choice for Veggie and Vegan people.
They offer a good choice for burgers, I thought I'd try them out on one of their only none veggie options (double Chicken burger). They didn't have a direct substitute, but our waiter (Seth) worked with us to find something we'd like. Even going as far as to ask the chef if they had a chicken substitute. This was when they were absolutely packed.
I was impressed they made an effort to accommodate my needs even when it was super busy.
Pros: Good selection , Accommodating staff, No surcharge for vegan/veggie/gluten free
Cons: Not all items are veggie, Vegan options less, They want you to specify requirements during book

UPDATE 2024 - they have removed pretty much every vegan option. Avoid.
Read moreWe went on a Sunday lunchtime and it was pretty busy. The place isn’t huge.
The vegan cheesy garlic bread was delicious, I had the avocado hotdog, with fries. Very tasty and good portions.

Many vegan options dropped from menu - Edit
They now sell pizza, burger, salad and chips labelled vegan. There is no more hot dog, wrap, or other things I was looking forward to having. It is very loud at midday, no need for that volume, but it is still popular and the games are good. Generally, it is disappointing to see vegan options removed (the meat versions are still available), but at least there is still some choice. Sadly for me, the magic has gone.

Read moreGreat to have quite a smattering of vegan (and veggie, gluten free - all very clearly labelled) options across the menu. All American / Western style food typical of the arcade theme. Staff more than happy to help and provide vegan sauces like mayo and garlic mayo.
It is a free play arcade, so you can play on all the games as much as you like for free, while topping up your drink at the bar. Also free Wi-Fi available. Great music playing. Live streams on Twitch to watch.

Toilets.
Clearly labelled V, VE, GF and S (spicy) on menu. Menu design is really creative.
Really nice, modern / industrial interior with a gaming theme and very clean and tidy. You can tell the staff are really passionate about the place and a lot of thought and love has gone into it.
Pros: Free play games, free Wi-Fi, Menu variety, all clearly labelled, Decent portions
Cons: Could do with hand sanitiser dotted about, Could do with places to put drinks when gaming
