lots of great vegan options! - Edit
Many things are vegan and clearly labeled, grab and grow section or fresh sandwhich station at cashier. Staff is very knowledgeable of vegan. There is vegan cheese, tempeh, and lots of veggies! Great bite to eat if you rent a boat on lake memphremagog and take lunch with u for the day!

Some vegan options, friendly staff - Edit
No vegan specific menu, but they have some vegetarian items that are easy to make vegan by substituting with vegan cheese. When I was ordering, the server suggested that when I didn't see it on the menu yet. The shroomini sandwich was pretty good! We also bought some vegan Momo's from the ready-to-go section, and they offered to hear it up for us. Space was quite cozy.

Not much for vegans unfortunately - Edit
Review is of the Cafe connected to the natural foods store. Wanted to like this place, especially since I drove 45-minutes to eat lunch there after a long tiring hike, but the menu is built around meat eggs and dairy. I ordered literally the only vegan item on their rather extensive menu, a hummus wrap with a couple add-ons (avocado & tempeh bacon), and a fresh squeezed juice. The wrap was not very filling; I had to unroll it just to confirm that there was a little dollop of hummus in there, somewhere. Cafe had a tv screen that kept showing pictures of photogenic farm animals, presumably the same ones eagerly waiting to be turned into your lunch. Didn’t do it for me.
