Apart from the honey on the shelves, everything is vegan. They have a mini grocery shop area that is filled with vegan snacks and items that you may not find elsewhere locally, and only bring in products that have ingredients "they can pronounce/natural" as it was explained to us. They are a bit pricey tho but i guess it depends on your budget and needs. They are based on an all natural theme, and even make their own stuff, from juices, cleanser/tonics, etc. Near the cashier there is an area of body oils, body scrubs, toothpaste, deodarant (no aluminum), soaps that are all vegan. At the back there is kitchen area and they serve various things. Meals are affordable and everything I bought tasted spectacular! However some things may not be available depending on the day/time of day, or if they ran out, or the availability of ingredients but you will still have great options. There is only dining for 3 persons. They do takeaways more. The area where there is usually a salad bar only had soup when i went. They also give you samples of juice or soup if you are unsure of what to get. The customer service was great, they educate you on natural remedies and if you are someone embarking a plantbased journey, this place is a fantastic start. It was a breath of fresh air to have a vegan place (if you remove the aspect of the honey) here for snacks, healthy products and food here in Nassau.

Not fully vegan

They could be fully vegan if they removed the honey from their shelves. Otherwise seems everything else is vegan.

Wow

The ONLY 100% fully vegan restaurant on the island that we discovered during our stay at The Royal Atlantis! We didn’t mind the $25 cab ride to go 3 miles away... but make sure you CALL AHEAD to see what is on their menu for the day. Majority of the stuff we wanted was not a option for a Saturday, or they ran out already! Though we had a great experience still! The SOUPS are outstanding i had the Chickpea, as well as the fresh salad bar. The pizza is Devine and the star fruit juice i had was delicious. They have a little bar for seating so i wouldn’t suggest bringing a lot of people if your anticipating a sit down fine dining experience! Beyond pleased with this place.

Pros: 100% Alkaline Vegan, Amazing Flavors, Black owned ✊🏾

Cons: Limited menu, $25 cab ride and out of everything we wanted

They are not 100% vegan as they sell honey.
This place shouldn’t be listed as vegan.

Wholesome and delicious!

On vacation down here in the Bahamas and was very happy to find this little gem!

It can be challenging trying to find vegan options here on the island because there is still a limited understanding of what vegan even means.

So it was super refreshing to walk into a shop where everything is entirely plant-based. The staff were lovely and very helpful.

The food was delicious! We were lucky to come in on a Saturday which is pizza day, in addition to all the other food they make.

The pizza was super tasty! This wasn’t a daiya or other processed vegan cheese pizza, this was fresh made nut cheese and fresh veggie sauce. You won’t find anything processed in the place. All fresh wholesome food.

The pastries were yummy and the almond sea moss smoothie was TOP NOTCH!!

Sweet rare find vegan find!

We loved this small grocery store and restaurant. We ordered the pizzas which were delicious (apparently only available Saturdays) my hubs had the chickpea soup which was really well done especially the hidden dumplings inside. Creative and tasty. The spaghetti was very tasty and my vegetarian mum especially loved it.

The BEST thing though? The almond butter smoothie. We all tried my husbands smoothie and loved it so much that we had to get one for ourselves.

Pros: Creative, tasty vegan options , Small great grocery selection , Yummiest smoothies

Cons: Needs a better setting area for patrons

Diamond in the rough!

My family and I are on a vacation here in the Bahamas and we were struggling to find vegan food so when we found this place we were very exited. As soon as I walked I was disappointed because we were trying to find vegan shanks to bring back to the hotel but all, the had was vegan milk, vinegar, a lot of maple syrup, and dried fruit. But when I looked at the menu I was immediately excited again. There was pizza, fresh pastries, pasta, smoothies and all sorts of things. The only reason I am not rating it five stars is that I have three younger siblings and it was NOT very kid friendly.

P.s. The pizza is amazing.

Pros: All Vegan

Cons: Not kid friendly
