Variety of vegan options - Edit
Jacket potato with chilli was very good, with good side salad and coleslaw. Burger option looked good too.
Read moreGreat to have a vegan pizza option and plenty veg. An option without cheese, eg based on Marina would be great
Pros: Beautiful country spot in lovely valley, Variety of vegan options, Friendly staff
Cons: More veg protein would be great , Weekends dominated by kebab and pizza aren’t great

Excellent chocolate brownies! - Edit
Whoever makes their chocolate brownies knows what they’re doing. They’re crunchy on the outside, squidgy on the inside. There’s a bit of extra texture provided by walnuts, and extra melty chocolate in case they’re not already chocolatey enough.

Amazing pizza - Edit
I loved the pizzas here. It would be great if they did some vegan dips. The breakfast items were fab but I think the scrambled tofu portion was small for the price. The granola bowl was absolutely delicious and I'm usually more into full English breakfasts but I would highly recommend the granola bowl instead!

So so - Edit
Coffee isn’t the nicest but they do have oat milk, so opt for tea! Had the vegan sausage bap, which was a bit bland… but was overjoyed there were vegan options. Cafe staff let me have a little spot of oat milk to take back to the campsite!

Campsite Cafe with solid vegan options - Edit
A really nice cafe at the Newfold Farm Campsite, with some solid vegan options.
Read moreWe stayed at the Newfold Farm Campsite and had a great time. To our surprise the cafe on site had a few clearly labelled vegan cakes and breakfast items.
We tried the sausage bap, the vegan breakfast and some of the cakes. All were really good quality and very yummy. Of note were the sausages, not just an off the shelf item but made locally, they had a great texture and were yummy! The coffee was very nice here too, they have oat, coconut, almond and soy milks.
We didn't stay for woodfired pizza night but we did see there were vegan options with vegan cheese.
Would recommend if you're in the area staying or going for a walk.
(You can visit this cafe without staying at the campsite.)
