Serves meat, vegan options available. Celtic Manor owned restaurant. Some of the menu items are either accidentally vegan or can be made vegan with an adaptation. Also, as an advantage of booking in advance, staff can create a specially made meal for vegans that isn’t on the menu. Open Mon-Sun 12:00-22:00.

Friendly and outstanding service

From my first visit, I wasn’t so sure of coming with the family due to me being the only herbivore and hoped they had options. To my surprise, they asked the chef to make some of their vegetarian dishes vegan, which were delicious. They even advised on my next visit to inform in an advanced booking to clarify any vegans coming. Which in result worked as they gave me a meal that isn’t on their menu, and way better than my first visit!!

Love to revisit, but really wish they include vegan choices, even though the Celtic Manor’s other restaurants have added new ones.

Pros: Very welcoming to vegan customers., Exclusive meals made in advance., Lovely view of the Welsh countryside.

Cons: No 100% vegan options, mostly vegetarian., Too many meat dishes.
