Best you'll easily find - Edit
You're gonna be a little hard pressed for vegan options in Comoros. I lived there for 2 years. This is probably the best veg friendly restaurant in the city. However, if you're more adventurous, you can definitely try to track down mataba (cassava leaves on rice), breadfruit (fried or grilled), fried bananas, and other vegan gems. Theres also some really good hotsauces, all a bit different depending who made it (called putu). It will just be difficult to find places serving these things without fish, chicken, or beef/zebu with it, especially if you're not familiar with the culture or language. Best bet is to walk up to foodshacks (or random middle-aged women tbh) and just ask. You shouldn't pay more than like 500kmf for a huge plate of fried breadfruit or bananas. Maybe a couple thousand for your mzungu (foreigner) tax.
