Not quite Happy-Cow worthy - Edit
This is a standard Chinese restaurant. Everything here is fine—however, nothing that makes this stand out from the many other, standard non-vegan Chinese restaurants in NYC. This is why I rate it low on Happy Cow, where I would expect a restaurant to have explicitly vegan items.
Read moreThey do have a section of the menu that is devoted to vegetables/tofu etc., and these items seem to be vegan--but the same could be said of almost all Chinese restaurants in NYC. At this place, there is no specific indication on the menu that the food here is vegan, and there is a chance that the person who takes your food order speaks English as a second language (as happened when I visited) and might not understand when you request that the food be vegan—so you’d be taking a bit of a chance.

Great Chinese food - Edit
Gotta love Chinese restaurants. They always have that section of the menu that’s dedicated to vegetables! This place is quintessential yummy New York Chinese food.
