I have been going to Ho Gardens for years. They have so many vegetarian/vegan options.
The chicken satay on squewer is so good! As is the mock duck pancake and salt & pepper chips.
Not the cheapest place but prices definitely reflect the qualify.
Pros: Amazing faux meats, Not greasy, Full of flavour
Cons: They should be a restaurant!

Fabulous, best vegan Chinese in Leeds - Edit
I was delighted to find such a range of veggie 'meats' and staff told me many of the veggie dishes are suitable for vegans. My favourite is vegetarian chicken Singapore Vermicelli, I always request that no egg is included in this dish.
Pros: Excellent food, Friendly staff, Huge choice
