Worth the wait and the drive

My initial impression was hesitation as the building it was in seemed like a residential building and the cafe seemed like it wasn't quite open when I came in. However, the owner quickly started talking to me and I felt very welcome. He whipped me up the paninis and acai blueberry juices no problem. The pictures of the restaurant from my order are from early morning so if the place looks a little empty that's why. The food was very tasty , but it took a little while to be prepared. The long-ish prep time could be due to me coming in before the restaurant was fully open though so I'm willing to let it pass this time.

While I was there some more regulars came in and it seems like frank remembered many details about them and put extra emphasis on making sure they felt remembered. He even remembered specific custom orders they had had in the past. Frank was also super helpful for figuring out what is and isn't vegan.

Pros: MANY vegan options , Incredibly kind owner, Food tastes great

Cons: Slow food prep, Building was odd at first glance
