I applaud them for having vegan options but the food was lukewarm and pretty mediocre.

Vegan BBQ! - Edit
As a vegan, I definitely don’t eat at barbecue restaurants, but I made an exception for this one. First of all, there aren’t that many vegan-friendly restaurants in the area. Bill’s offers a Portobello sandwich and a smoked tofu dish. They also offer a couple of vegan sides. I ate outside on the patio while I watched the line of people across the street at Redamak’s grow. (Redamak's restaurant is famous for a humungous cowburger big enough for 2 people that people don't seem to mind waiting for.) New Buffalo Bill's is a clever name!
Pros: Offers vegan options, Indoor and outdoor seating, Great customer service
Cons: Come on! It's a barbecue restaurant! , Not many vegan options
