A great surprise place on the edge of fort William. Multiple vegan options for starters, mains, and desserts. Really delicious and lovey staff. Not cheap, more of an occasion

We visited the Nevis Bank Inn for dinner for my birthday. I had the pesto waffle to start which was interesting- kind of like a hearby naan bread with avocado and tomatoes. They had 2 other vg starter options - a beetroot and fig dish and the soup of the day. I then had butternut squash risotto with roasted veg. The risotto was nice but the roasted veg on top was a bit random... parsnips, carrots, garlic and butternut squash cut into tiny cubes. It was tasty but not what I expected to receive! They also had a vegan cesar salad and a pesto linguine.

All in all I feel like this restaurant really put some thought and creativity into the vegan options which was refreshing.
