Excellent menu - Edit

Excellent menu with a wide range of vegan-friendly dishes. I had the claypot bak kut teh and fried wontons. The bak kut teh lacked intensity, both in fragrance and flavour. It had no scent actually, which was a disappointment. The wontons seemed a little overfried, and were empty in the middle (I thought there would be a filling in the middle as nice wontons usually do).

Mum had veg char siew rice, and a brinjal dish. I enquired if the vegan char siew had honey, and was advised that the sauce used does contain honey. Hence, the waiter/owner said that they can use a vegan-friendly sauce instead, one that does not consist of honey. However, when the dish came out, there was no sauce used.

The extensive menu looks very promising, hence we'll be back.

Pros: Heaps of vegan food

Cons: Parking can be an issue
