Delicious!!! Vegan Malai Kofta is FIRE!!! 🔥🔥🔥 - Edit
Delicious food! An oasis for vegans. They have malai kofta - a favorite of mine but difficult to find vegan. Everything I’ve had from them was delicious - from the momo, baingan bhartha, kofta curry, samosas (some of the best I’ve had), and pakoras. Everything was delectable. It’s worth the drive from town (it’s better than the restaurant in town btw, which I think uses frozen veggies :/).

Pros: Can make almost any veg item vegan, Malai kofta and dumplings! , Great service - they understand dietary needs
Cons: Around 7 miles out of town I think , They serve meat

The place in town told me the Kofta still uses paneer/cheese. They were just subbing the dairy milk/yogurt with coconut…. So I wonder if the original truly ever did make my Kofta vegan…. I ate it for years thinking so until my last visit in town…. I really hope I’m wrong…

Oh no!! I really hope that’s not the case….I haven’t eaten at either place for years but they assured me no dairy milk or cheese!

Fantastic food and nice people - Edit
The family who owns this place are so nice and accommodating. If there's any doubt about something not being Vegan, they informed us. The baigan barta is my favorite dish here.

Can make anything VEGAN!! - Edit
Very impressed that this restaurant can make any of their dishes VEGAN (with coconut milk), especially since it's not specifically a vegan restaurant.
Read moreWe loved the Malai Kofta, Saag with chickpeas, Began Bharti all made VEGAN and American spicy.
Loved this restaurant so much we ate here again the next day!!!

Good service and accommodating to diet - Edit
My husband and I visited Glenwood Springa this weekend and stopped in. This place is run by a Nepali family, and the food shows. He got the Momos, a dumpling dish (non veg) and I asked for the Mushroom Mattar without cream. Everything was delicious and the woman serving us knew exactly which dishes could be made vegan immediately. The flavors were richly spiced without being overpowering. It's a good option in a city with limited vegan options.

Cons: A bit off the beaten path from the main town

OK in a pinch - Edit
OK food, if you like potatoes out of a can, but smaller portions. They are not REALLY used to vegans - I had to explain 'No ghee' several times. Worth eating here if you are stuck for options. I get the impression that the restaurant is struggling a little......
Read morePros: only option in this area
Cons: not really used to vegans, canned veggies used for the food
