Top notch - Edit
Popular vegan restaurant that will delight even the meat eaters. We had the cauliflower tacos and Reuben (best Reuben ever!), which were both delicious.

Worth the hype - Edit
I got the fromaggio and champignon pizza and it was absolutely delicious. The staff was great, the vibe was very cool and had a lot of character. I also really liked the fact that theyโre incorporated as a nonprofit. Thatโs incredible. Kudos.

Cool atmosphere. Good pizza. Drinks. They do cool events sometimes. Owner seems chill.

The chocolate cake is actually the best vegan dessert in town.

Pricey but good food and fun atmosphere - Edit
This all vegan restaurant has a very fun atmosphere and a full bar. The food is very pricey but very good and unique. I had the trumpet mushroom calamari and blackened cauliflower. You also get a lot of food for the price. Highly recommend if you're in the area #Veganuary
Read moreWhole roasted blackened cauliflower review: This was a super tasty "appetizer" at a very fun fully #veganrestaurant in #southcarolina. I put #appetizer in quotes because this dish is HUGE and pricey at $22. It is a lot of food and definitely needs to be shared! First, this restaurant focuses on #locallysourced, #organic, and #fresh food which I feel they accomplish with this dish. It also has a full cocktail bar and a fun atmosphere. The dish was plated beautifully and is almost #tooprettytoeat. The flavors are all amazing; from the #beetroothummus, #cashew #tzatziki, #feta, and #lemon #tahini, it has a lot going on. It was also topped with #pomegranate and #crispy #chickpeas which gave it a nice varied texture. My only complaint is that the #cauliflower is so huge that it kind of diluted the flavors with each bite. I also wish there were more pomegranate seeds because that gave it a nice brightness to the flavor which was delightful. Regardless, this was a tasty and unique dish made from #realfood, and I would highly recommend. The za'atar spiced #pita on the side was also delightful and so flavorful.

Great food, great atmosphere - Edit
Loved Neon Tiger so much we went there twice in two days. Not just great food (the Caesar Salad is amazing - get the dressing on the side, and the Reuben is phenomenal) but great drinks and great atmosphere. The picture wall is cool, take a moment to read it all. #Veganuary

Great Place! - Edit
We really enjoyed our meal at Neon Tiger! We started the meal with some tasty cocktails, the mushroom calamari, and some garlic knots. The calamari was lightly fried, not greasy and very yummy. The garlic knots were fine.
Read moreOur party tried the Mac & Cheese, 2 different pizzas, and the spicy tofu wraps. Everything was great. I highly recommend the Fromaggio Champignon pizza. It reminded us of a similar pizza we had in Madrid and the crust was light and delicious.
For dessert we shared some of the chocolate cake and it was fantastic.
The server was knowledgeable and very friendly and the atmosphere was nice.
Make a reservation to make sure that you can get a seat. You will not be disappointed.
Pros: Friendly staff, Menu, Tasty cocktails

Always Delicious & Vegan! - Edit
Everything was delicious. I had the Reuben and a Cesar salad. Yum! They do charge a 9% fee for their non-profit. More information on this is provided at the top of their online QR menu. Eat delicious food and support a fantastic cause!

Good food but needs more transparency around the 9% non-profit fee - Edit
We enjoyed the food and the atmosphere at Neon Tiger. The staff were really nice and friendly. The food was tasty (like other reviewers have said a bit heavy on the salt but if you know ahead of time maybe you can ask for less). Really love the decor. Our entire party loved the garlic knot appetizers. The burgers were okay (Beyond Burger?) but the mac and cheese was well appreciated by the older and younger members of our family. Some areas where I think they could do a lot better: offer paper menus not just QR codes. I get wanting to use less paper but the reality for us was that the older members and the very youngest (who didn't have a phone) could not easily access the menu. For the older members (starting at 45 years up to 80s), the dark lighting and the way the menu pdf was formatted was not the easiest read. The last thing I really do hope they improve: the non-profit charge (9%) they put on each bill. It wasn't properly explained to us and when we questioned what exactly was being done with the donation our serve said something very vague about wanting to do a food drive. I support the concept but would have really appreciate first of all having this being an optional donation fee on the menu (it's added in as a line item on your bill and no clear way to opt). I also would have appreciated some information about the nonprofit (what is it? Is it an official 501c nonprofit? where exactly does the money go? can they put some info on their website about the nonprofit?). I hope they can clear these issues up (they should be easy to fix). I was hoping to talk to someone when we left but there was no one up front.

Good day,
Read moreApologies if the non-profit fee seemed vague, as that is not our intention at all. There is a description at the top of the menu, it's the very first thing you see and must read to scroll down to the food items and cocktails. It's also at the bottom of the menu. It is also on the receipt dropped off to you before you payment, as well as on the credit card receipt. In addition, there is a description on our website. There is nothing hidden and we have exercised full transparency in regard to this. We are also more than happy to remove the fee upon request as we understand not everyone wants to contribute.
We have always had paper menus upon request as well - we know that some people don't have access to wifi on their phones or that the visibility can sometimes be an issue. We are empathetic to this and are always happy to provide a paper menu.
Lastly, guests can always request to be seated in some of the better lit areas as well! We understand that the lighting is low and all of it is adjustable.
I hope this clears some things up and we sincerely look forward to you visiting again! Happy Holidays to you and your family!

A Hip Club Vibe with Delicious Vegan Food!!! - Edit
Loved the hip laid back vibe, our waiter Kaleb was the best, sweet and so helpful with great recommendations, the food was delicious and creative dinerish comfort food. Also the artisan herbal cocktails were perfectly balanced and so tasty. With few all vegan restaurants in Charleston, we were so grateful for delicious vegan comfort food. We returned for dinner during our 5 day whirlwind trip. Love everything about this quirky cool place!!!
