A vegan gem in maremma! - Edit
Cozy, dog friendly B&B with a massive breakfast including lots of vegan AND "regular" cakes and savoury bits, sheep and goat milk homemade cheeses, and delicious nut "Scheese". We also tasted many different types of kombucha and natural ferments and probiotics in tasty beverages, and learned about the magic of fermentation as a bonus! Simonetta loves a good chat and will gladly explain all her great concoctions, but also advise on local amenities. She also went out of her way to provide more vegan milks for us, and happily catered for specific requests. The garden has a very homely, instagram-worthy vibe and you can tell it's lovingly looked after, like all else here! Very, very recommended stay.
