Great cleanses

I already love Nekter’s juices and smoothies(I haven’t tried their bowls but I’m sure they’re amazing!), but I gave their cleanse a shot and I was blown away! They offer full day and half day cleanses, as well as a celery juice cleanses, and they come pre-bottled with instructions. I did the full day cleanse for one day (they do offer an option to do the cleanse for consecutive days) and it really worked incredibly. I already consider myself to be pretty healthy, so I figured a one day cleanse would be enough to get rid of any *yuck*... it definitely did! I walked into work on Monday with a spring in my step, feeling great, looking great, and I even felt clear mentally! I have been recommending their classic cleanse to all my friends, it’s really worth a try. A lot of people are intimidated by not eating and only drinking juice, but they even have a few snacks in the instructions that you can have that won’t disturb your cleanse. I think the best part is that my cleanse came in an adorable cooler bag that I am absolutely obsessed with!
