Deliciously weird

I ordered two appetisers, the vegan gyoza and the miso eggplant. Both were absolutely delicious! For main I ordered the spicy tofu ramen. It was really nice but contained some strange components in my opinion: cashews and corn.

It was tasty but just a strange combination.
