Mediocre - Edit
The selection was pretty mediocre when it comes to vegan and organic products. A good bulk section though and lots of beauty products. Not all there food items though are organic so watch out! And if you are vegan as always be sure to read the labels!

Nieils Organic - Edit
The only place that dose a wide variety of fresh organic veg.
Lots of specific dietary required food, that are also organic. They also do ethical toiletries. Friendly staff and very helpful.
Pros: Best Organic Veg, Best Swiss Vegan Cheese, Friendly helpfull staff

Best Organic Store in Cairns! - Edit
I ride my bike to Neils Organics a few times a week. They always have a great range of organic produce as well as allergy free products, raw nuts, makeup etc. The staff are always really helpful and happy. They also introduced me to Coyo Coconut Yoghurt, which was life changing. If you haven't tried it I strongly suggest picking up a tub!

We visit Neils twice a week. They have a great array of organic and natural items and fresh produce and they are always very helpful. We love this place.
