Loads of tasty vegan options - Edit
The food is really tasty. We ordered steamed and fried dumplings and loads more... all really tasty... Will be going back to have the things we didn't have this time :)

Great experience and 1/3 of menu is vegan - Edit
My partner and I love sushi and we often visit sushi bars and restaurants in Zurich. Negishi is probably the best among those given the great products, friendly and efficient customer service, and well designed and cozy interiors.
Read moreNegishi is also really good (compared to other sushi places in Zurich) when it comes to veganism. Negishi has plenty of vegan options both hot food and sushi, and given that that they also own Nooch (another sushi chain) it would be great if they made one of their locations entirely vegan.
Overall, our experience in Negishi has been great and we will definitely go back soon.

Great sushi fix! - Edit
Came on one of the nights they do all you can eat sushi for 50. As the previous post suggests, they have more vegan options than the menu would suggest, and the all you can eat option is a great way to sample! The inari was especially delicious. Highly recommend the miso soup as well.

More vegan options than declared, great interior - Edit
This chain restaurant offers a pretty good selection of well marked vegan sushi. Not everything is correctly labelled, though: I have official confirmation that the oshinko maki and kampyo maki are vegan as well. Among the dishes they have, I liked the rainbow roll and the miso soup best. The interior in this outlet of the chain is mostly wood based, I quite liked it.
