Lovely atmosphere, great food

Everyone who worked there was ridiculously sweet and helpful. There were enough options that I was very happy and will happily go again.

Excellent Burrito

We stopped in at Neato Burrito when visiting family. It has been 15 years since I had been in the area, and was surprised to find Neato Burrito expanding a little.

The location was large inside, and very clean. The staff was incredibly helpful in making sure we did not select anything that was not vegan friendly. Everything they had was vegan, except for meat protein and cheese and sour cream. I did not have to worry about cream sauces or chicken-stock in rice.

I had a burrito, with blackened rice, 3 bean chili, black bean hummus (2nd protein), and lots of veggies. The salsa verda was excellent. The rice was flavorful, and it was the best black bean hummus I have ever had. The chili was also on point!

The only down side is that vegan options are not clearly listed. Everything says "veggie or vegetable" with the exception of one small poster talking about their vegan chili, yet the menu had no mention.

Pros: Clean, Friendly staff, willing to describe what is vegan , Great Chili

Bland and Disappointing

I was really excited to try this place, thinking it was a version of Chipotle with more options. They did have more vegetable options, but they were all extremely bland and flavorless. Pretty disappointing.

Pros: Has vegan options, Lots of veggies, Convenient

Cons: Tasteless food, Bland
