Visited this place and did not know what to order. Decided to go with a smash burger as it was recommended by a staff member as being their favourite. It was okay but not at all filling. I also found it quite expensive for what it was but to be fair that may just be how London is in general.

Out of several London vegan burger places this is one of the more forgettable ones. One type of burgers have something called signature protein - not sure what to make of it, texture and taste are a bit unusual, so is the look. Patties slip out when you try to bite. Fries, while being 'skin-on', don't look to be of very high quality or prepared carefully. I mean, don't get me wrong it's all edible, it's not too expensive but it's also not exactly cheap comparatively, so overall would I recommend it - not sure.

Read moreThe fries do not come with the burgers so you have to order them as a side dish. Their Smash Burger is small but it's amazingly delicious.
My non-vegan friends were really surprised as well!
Will come back for sure.

Really lovely little fast food cafe, perfect for a quick meal pre theatre, the homemade lemonade was really nice. Price was fairly standard London prices.

Great ciabatta sandwich - Edit
Visited a few weeks ago and were able to take advantage of an app/newsletter deal to get a free sandwich. This italian pepper and stracciatella sandwich were delicious, so fresh and tasty - I believe it is using Julienne Bruno's Superstraccia cheese.
Read moreWe got a few sides and unfortunately these weren't so good. In fact, the tater tots were disastrously over-salted and we couldn't finish them - I hope that's not how they're usually served. Unfortunately we were in a rush so didn't want any replacement.

I was researching somewhere near Victoria station to eat as we made our way from South Kensington to Gatwick by public transport with our luggage. This was a wonderful choice. We arrived just after opening and got a table where our cases fitted. It was not obviously a vegan business and looked like a burger joint. Neither of us had burgers and we heard other customers ordering burgers not realising that they weren’t meat! My salad was delicious. I made it a meal with lemonade and tater tots. Very large portion! Good value, tasty, plenty of choices- not just burgers. Really helpful staff. Downstairs seating and toilets too, very close to Victoria station and Buckingham palace. Definitely recommend.

Had the veggie crunch burger with spicy tater tots, really really good not too spicy on the tater tots and the veggie crunch didn’t have any artificial meats. all burgers made here. Look forward to trying their signature burger with mushrooms.

so nice to go somewhere where i don’t have to ask about vegan options etc. i got a cheez burger with chips, the burger and cheese alt and pickles. Also had chicken alternatives aswell as beef ones, menu isn’t just burgers and includes salads and vegan pulled pork!

It works fine for a fast food option. Had the spicy chicken sandwich. Nothing was overly standout about it compared to other vegan chicken sandwiches. Nice they offered corn ribs which you don’t see on many fast food menus and those were delicious! As always it’s nice to have an all-vegan restaurant option.

Neat Burger is the friendly version of Burger King / McDonald`s, but 1000 times more delicious, environmentally friendly and completely vegan. Good selection and neat menu offerings. Delicious patty. I will be happy to stop by again.

Read moreThe food was okay- I think i’ve thought that with it all the times i’ve been. I got the neat burger and even with its “special neat sauce” it tasted like what I could do at home, it was nothing too interesting for the price. The sauce I had with my tots were amazing, it was like a burger sauce, so I would try a different burger if it contained that.
The shake is amazing and you should definitely make sure you try it!!! Best i’ve ever had, so thick and creamy. I had the caramel cookie.

I got the Neat burger (classic), the taste is simple but very satisfying! I really liked the watermelon soda too. Wide selection of food. I like how they emphasise the 3 reasons to adopt a Plant based diet (animals, environment, health).

I’ve had the cheeseburger and the hotdog and both were delicious.
I visited the Victoria branch this week and was disappointed that they were cleaning the milkshake machine so it was completely off the menu. Seemed strange that they would clean the machine in the middle of a busy afternoon.
