The best vegan fast food chain around - Edit
I have been to quite a few of the neat burger branches now but this one has to be my favourite. I really love the decor here and location is right next to Liverpool St station. I had nuggets and fries as a quick snack, and then tried out their blackberry lemonade from the autumn menu, was all as lovely as ever!

An emerging chain of vegan fast food. The chicken burger combo was very tasty. The food was fast and everything is done on a kiosk. The portion is quite small and any sauce (even ketchup) is extra charge. Great to have another reliable quick fast food option.

Been to several neat burgers and they are always fab. New loyalty code is great and gives 50% off first order. Food is absolutely delicious and staff are always friendly.

1 portions seem to be getting smaller. Patties look thinner than they used to, as do portions of fries.
2 they've recently started charging for sauces. This is nuts. How can you charge for ketchup in a burger joint. And 75p is a pretty high charge for such a small amount. Feels like a backwards step.

Fast food restaurant offering burgers, loaded fries, milkshakes etc. The venue itself is lovely, nicely decorated and plenty of seating. Order via tablet screens and no cash accepted I believe. I had the smash daddy burger and the corn ribs. The burger for me was fairly basic, I have had many better tasting vegan burgers so for me it was nothing special. The corn ribs were coated in some spices but it was incredibly salty. I like the concept of a vegan fast food chain and love what Lewis Hamilton is trying to do, but I’d really only revisit if I was local and in a rush.

I love the concept of all vegan fast food joint. It’s essentially just like McDonalds but all vegan. Decor is very nice and you order on a screen. Hope this place tempts more omnis to try vegan 😁

Neat Burger Bishopsgate appears to be the biggest Neat Burger in London. It's modern and spacious. The food is excellent. It's basically a vegan McDonald's but with a nicer setting, less stress and more attentive staff.

The atmosphere is great, the entire place and design is fun and eye-catching, and even though you order through a screen, the staff are friendly and it's overall a great place to be! 10/10 on all the food we got, which was: Smokestack burger, cheese sauce to dip the buffalo nuggets & cauli wings in, loaded fries and a strawberry milkshake. I hope i can go again on this trip, but if not, i will be back next trip!

I loved everything about my experience in this cute place. I entered the restaurant and instantly fell in love with the interior, it was cozy and lovely decorated! One of the staff members immediately offered me to show and explain the menu. I ended up with the loaded fries, the Oreo shake and a can of sparkling water. My order was ready in only few minutes. I loved, loved, loved the fries!! I wish I could have devoured another box😅. The shake was good but unfortunately, I couldn't finish it because it was to sweet and creamy for me (but I'm sure that's a me-problem).

Sweet spot for vegan burgers - Edit
Really great burgers!! If you sign up on their site, you get a free burger on your next visit!! Chips are crunchy, the seating inside seems minimal but there’s a lot more downstairs. Wouldn’t need to book in advance. Food did take a while given how many people were in there, but it was definitely worth the wait

Took myself on a lunchtime trip to Neat Burger and it didn’t disappoint! Highly recommend, but beware as it’s a little pricey. The mac & cheese is heavenly and their burger patties are insanely good.

Smoked Smash is one of the best sandwiches ever. Cheese sauce we got for fries and tots is absolutely incredible! Chocolate milkshake is yummy and we wish we had gotten a large. Rocky Road dessert is a bit sweet, but good. Wish there were some options without the fake stuff, bowls looked good, but all have items that would need to be omitted. Extremely helpful and friendly service. Welcoming ambiance and cool place to watch a game.

Well presented. Staff seemed pleasant. Interaction is limited as ordering and payment is by touch screens. Food is good and fair value. The Smokey burger was particularly nice. The milkshakes aren’t particularly big BUT do taste lovely.

Really great food and one of the best chicken substitute I’ve tasted but but the staff was rude , closed over half an hour early and once they saw us sitting on a bench outside told us we can eat in after telling is the service is takeaway only.

I love the Neat Burger chain but they are growing so fast I'm noticing the quality at some locations can be hit/miss. If your visit was a miss, try another location or try again next time. I love the double cheeseburger with tater tots. I order this every time. I seriously love their tater tots!!!
