Amazing pancakes!

We had the Chia seed banana pancakes made with oat flour so I think the menu said they were gluten-free too. They were amazing and we got them with a side of beyond sausage. The restaurant is cardless and cashless so you have to stop at the front desk before going upstairs to open a tab with your credit card. We tried the blueberry muffin smoothie bowl and breakfast potatoes on another visit which were amazing! I confirmed the potatoes are cooked in oil.

Great food, weird checkout, resort fee

Went to the spa (which has beautiful woods all around) to only eat at the restaurant. Had the chia seed banana pancakes and coffee. The pancakes were amazing - not too sweet, lots of texture from the granola and fruit. Also got a side of Impossible sausage, which I am 99% sure was actually Field Roast, and I’m not mad about it. Only odd thing was, since it is part of a spa and not an independent restaurant, you have to check in at the desk on the first floor, tell them you are only there for the restaurant, and give them a credit card to put $100 hold. Then you go up to the restaurant on the second floor and order as usual, giving the server your name for the tab, then when you’re done eating, you just sign the ticket and leave. Forewarning, we had a $12 resort fee on our bill (in addition to tax and tip) for two breakfasts and coffee.

Pros: Beautiful woods, Tranquil atmosphere and no kids, Food was great and just the right amount

Cons: The checking in/starting tab process was odd, Expect a resort fee

Yum!

Delicious vegan & gf banana pancakes topped with granola, bananas & berries. Also had the beyond breakfast sausage & the green juice shot. Not crazy about the juice shot, but I’m sure it’ll make me feel good. Non-vegan husband said it was the best breakfast on our 10 day trip.
Register at the front desk before going to the restaurant so they have your name and payment method on file.

Pros: Good vegan & gf options, Delicious food! , Lovely setting

Cons: Expensive, Not many vegan & gf options

Vegan options

Although there are some items on the menu marked vegan and vegetarian (veg, v), it seems they interchange the two markings and staff may become confused. It is good to always double check with the wait staff if you are wanting to choose vegan. The staff are helpful and ask in the back if they are unsure. Good to help educate to keep the vegan options alive and marked properly. With that said, the food is pretty good. I had the chia seed banana pancakes and those were very nice (fluffy and soft) and filling. I also had the roasted garlic hummus for dinner (without the cheese, added extra veggies), it was quite a big plate so it filled me up. Hummus was delicious and you can tell made in house, veggies were fresh and assorted (including varying colors of carrots).

Pros: Vegan options, Attentive waitstaff, Nice outdoor seating

Cons: Confusion with V vs. Veg markings, More education on vegan options needed, More choices of vegan options needed
