Good range of vegan options - Edit
We often head to a Lounge if we're visiting somewhere for the first time as a good range of vegan options is guaranteed. I had the black bean and sweetcorn burrito and my mum and sister both had the roasted pepper and squash flatbread. The food arrived swiftly and was very tasty and the portion sizes were generous.

A chain restaurant with a dedicated vegan menu and good cocktails. My partner had the vegan burger and I had the vegan breakfast - both were pretty good. My only complaint would be that the vegan burger cost more than the meat burgers which sucks and the mushroom in the vegan breakfast was very greasy.

It was the 1st time we went, and it was so nice to see that they had a dedicated vegan menu and a separate gluten free menu.The fishes were surprisingly well sought out. The Buddha Bowl was delicious and so was the tapas board 😋 what a shame that they were out of the raspberry and chocolate tart, but they did have soya (at no extra charge) and other vegan milks for lattes.

Was on holiday in Weymouth, decided to play it safe since we have a Lounge at home we knew we could eat here. Used click and collect and the service was much quicker than it is at our local. Lounges have multiple vegan options so they are a reliable place to eat when there is no actual vegan places around.

With there being so many restaurants with vegan-friendly menus in Weymouth, I decided on this one because it had a full breakfast on the menu served all day. Not from the UK, so guessing Lounges is a chain, but what a chain it is! First off, the space is HUGE and it gives a funky, eclectic vibe. Dog-friendliness is also a plus!
Read moreStaff was super-friendly and helpful and the Vegan and Gluten Free menus get added props! I, of course, ordered the Big Vegan Breakfast and hubby decided on the Vegan Bang Bang Cauliflower. My dish certainly lived up to its "BIG" name. The plate was huge! Everything listed on the menu was included on the dish, with a choice of brown or white bread. I chose the brown. The bacon was reminiscent of soy bacon bits (in the US), but in a different form (small "shreds") and consistency (slightly chewy). I found that eaten alone, they were super salty. My method was to have a layer of bacon on the bread, add some beans and piles some greens and peppers on top for a "bruschetta".
The sausage was a bit mushy, but wasn't bad. The mushrooms were good, as were the hash browns. The falafels really had the consistency of hushpuppies, but with falafel flavor. That's a GOOD thing! I would certainly order the breakfast again, but I recommend being hungry!
I tried the Bang Bang Cauliflower and thought it also was quite good, but hubby thought it was just okay. He did like that the cauliflower was cooked to his liking, and it was his favorite part of the dish.
Ordering is done at the table with a QR code or can be done at the bar, but make note of your table number, located on one of the tabletop corners. Our food came fairly quickly, but friends who joined us a little while later had to wait longer, as it was pretty busy by that point. Also, one of our friends ordered the "standard" Vegan Breakfast and was informed they had run out of the bacon, but would be substituting an additional hash brown.
Again, I would definitely return to try other items on the menu. Not sure if other locations have the same menu, but if so, great, if not, better, if they also have a full vegan menu. More things to try and different locations!

Nice vegan breakfast would order again if in the area. Loved that they had a seperate vegan menu. 3 stars instead of 4 because quite a few items were not available from vegan or other menus and then when I did get the order I was told was available, a couple of things on my order never arrived/were missing, but still was still charged full price without the full items (it's pay at order at the bar).

Great restaurant! Have been here twice since visiting Portland and have had a wonderful experience both times. They have a separate vegan menu with plenty of options!!! Staff are extremely lovely and helpful with allergies too!

The lounge vegan burger is my favourite so far.. The smoked gouda cheese is awesome and I love the chips - French fries rather than chunky all the way! My meat-eating other half described it as resembling a Big Mac so take that as you will!
Read moreThis is my go-to option when I'm not feeling particularly adventurous but want something that I know is going to be good. Occasionally splash out on added avocado but the additional price is a bit ridiculous.
Always have a flat white with soya (unless I'm on the cocktails) which is very nice but they've started added a little sticker saying 'soya' on the saucer which seems a bit backward in a time where we're trying to cut down on unnecessary packaging /waste so I'd prefer if they stopped that. While I'm at it actually, I hate that they put the chips in greaseproof paper in a little cup.. Just put them on the plate!
I'm not so keen on the vegan hot dog special - I think it's a bit tasteless. The vegan breakfast is good but I feel strongly that there is no place for pickled peppers and spinach on that plate! I've also had the falafel and homous wrap which was pretty great, and the butternut squash bowl (something like that) which was amazing the first time and horrid the second.

Great place to eat vegan, they have a whole separate vegan menu with loads of different options, even has a vegan option on the kids menu (falafel burger) most of their vegan things have falafels in them and that’s fine if you like falafels! The pricing was fair, and turned out to be a nice meal

I went there with my girlfriend during the Easter break, and while we wanted to try other cafes where they serve vegan food, Nautico Lounge was of the few open places. We went for dinner on Easter Saturday and for breakfast on Easter Sunday.

We decided to eat here, as we had already tried out The Stable at another location and there isn't a fully vegan restaurant in Weymouth.
