Healthy Choice Menu - Edit
We were mildly surprised that they had a separate little vegan and vegetarian menu. The food was very fresh and well prepared.

Some options, nice location - Edit
Had the tofu tacos (not on menu but you can ask for them to be made with crispy tofu). They were nice enough, but definitely not a big meal. Expensive for what they were, but hey, it’s the Westin!

Limited, but good vegan options - Edit
We ordered the tacos, which normally come with choice of chicken or shrimp, but they had crispy tofu on another menu item, so we asked to have tofu in the tacos and they accommodated. They also have a vegan side salad, rice, fries, Kim chee, and beyond burger. Many other vegetarian options too.
