Kombucha Bar! - Edit
This review is for the kombucha bar inside the Nature's Pharm of Castleton. They are serving up locally made Presto Kombucha, out of the tap (my favorite!). You can order a tasting flight or regular 12 or 16 oz size. The awesome lady working at the counter let me try more than a few samples. All the flavors were so different (think espresso, cherry vanilla, pineapple jalapeno...) but one thing they all have in common is that the taste is light and fresh, and every flavor profile has a purpose. I ordered the apple jasmine and enjoyed sipping it while strolling along the shopping mall across the way.

Great selection of vegan and gluten-free items - Edit
Not particularly cheap (though they do have some good sales), but Nature's Pharm has plenty of specialty vegan options: cheese, veganaise, marshmallow fluff, whipped cream, etc.
Also, a large selection of gluten-free frozen and packaged goodies.
Pros: Vegan specialty items, Gluten-free specialty items
Cons: A little expensive
