Wonderful Deli/Cafe - Edit
This is a medium-small health food store. It's probably as much as the area can handle (Melbourne being a gun-toting, meat loving, Republican stronghold). This store has most of what you're looking for. Prices can be good or a little high depending on the item.
However, the deli is wonderful. I go there all the time for the Kale salad. It's one of the best I've had. They have a small salad bar and daily soups and some interesting sandwiches and wraps.
Pros: Wonderful deli

I've been to better, I've been to worse. The store has most of the usual suspects a vegan might want or need. The selection of fresh produce is very limited. The cafe is not very vegan friendly, nor does it serve organic food. They usually have a few vegan items, but the quality is disappointing.
