It is a beautiful store. Has a good selection of vegan groceries and decent premade vegan options. The store is, however, extremely expensive and has a very unfriendly staff. I am never greeted, entering or checking out, and I am rarely smiled at by the employees.
I can understand the higher costs, being a specialty store in a wealthy town but the unfriendly staffing that accompanies these high costs is just a major disappointment.
Got some vegan groceries here, good selection. We tried 2 sandwiches . One was tempeh bacon which was horribly soggy with rotten lettuce. The other was a fresh and crisp veg with hummus wrap which was a hit. Be sure to check expiration dates and look for sandwiches made that day to avoid yucky debacle sammie.
Peterborough does not allow any huge chain stores to be added to the town, so most of the stores in town are locally run. This is a decent sized health-food store that offers some produce, packaged foods, supplements, etc. It is the. Biggest health food store in town, though not nearly as big orwith as many choices as other such stores in other New Hampshire locales.
Super happy I finally took the drive to come here! It will definitely be a regular spot for me!!
All salad dressings are vegan, they have a few self serve soups, smoothies, baked goods and a ton of bulk items. I love this place. They also have a rewards program that gives you a percentage back to spend in store which is cool, highly recommend
This is a small shop that could be easily missed! But once you're inside they have so many vegan favs!
I LOVE that they carry nuttin ordinary cream cheese (regular and spicy), and nuttin ordinary ravioli, along with a couple of other vegan cream cheeses. They carry a few different vegan cheese and milk options. They have quorn vegan corn dogs which are amazing. And of course, fresh produce, soups, dry goods, baked goods, cleaning products and more.
The only thing I would love to see here that I didn't was a vegan pumpkin spice coffee creamer.
They also have a point system which is awesome!

Its a cool lil market with a lot of the same stuff you may need from Wholefoods but on a smaller scale.

Pros: nuttin ordinary products, vegan staples, point card
Cons: no vegan pumpkin spice coffee creamer, not everything is vegan
