I've gone to this store several times for food, flax seeds, and lots of supplements and herbs. There is a reasonable selection of items. Prices were a little high but the location is close to me. I believe ownership has changed recently (since 11/12) and I haven't been back yet.
Pros: selection, knowledgeable staff, offer guest services
Cons: can be pricey
