Good size organic grocery store in a central location near Les Halles and Hotel de Ville. Fresh organic produce, prepared food, and more. Previously Biocoop Lemo Sebastapol. Open Mon-Sat 10:00am-8:30pm, Sun 9:00am-1:00pm. Closes at 8:45pm Mon-Sat and opens at 8:45am on Sun.

They sell super delicious organic baguettes! - Edit
I go to this shop almost everyday. I buy this baguette(with Pavot or Poppy) 1.2€ and some vegetables and fruits. Try this baguette, you will be very happy!

Good place for necessary products - Edit
A good variety of vegan chocolates and protein products. Snacks and desserts (puddings, biscuits etc) are a disappointment, because almost all contain eggs or dairy.
Pros: English spoken, Friendly staff

we stayed this time just around the corner from this coop. they had a great selection of vegan food. they have warm food also with vegan options, it varys from day to day. but i got an amazing carot algae (seaweed) tart and another a day a wonderful selection of quinoa with vegies and beans and salad and croquettes from courgette, mmmm! they have good organic produce and pretty much everything you couold want from a health food shop. also english speaking helpful personel. I manage a health food shop in amsterdam and i gave them a card and told them about the shop and they gave me the member discount!
