Healthy food, good vegan options - Edit
We went here for breakfast and sat outside in the sun. We had the vegan pancakes which were tasty and partner had the granola. Vegan items clearly listed on the menu and there is plenty of choice including savoury breakfast options and some pastries. Worth the visit for a healthy meal!

The food I ate was very good and the service was faultless, but I expected more vegan options from somewhere called ‘Natural Kitchen’.
Read moreI tried to order an Iced Tea and then an alternative but both were unavailable which was unfortunate. I ended up with a pink lemonade and the vegan mezze.
Food came out quick and was tasty. Not sure I’d be in a rush to go back.

The menu is announced outside and it looked inviting, therefore we decided to have a late breakfast there, which was a very special experience:
Read moreAfter entering, someone behind a counter through some harsh words and mentioned that breakfast is available only 20 more minutes (it was about 11:40) and many tables were reserved for lunch. We were placed into a corner and ignored for the next 10 minutes. Then the order was taken and drinks were served about 5 minutes afterwards. After 30 more minutes someone else asked whether we also ordered food, which we confirmed. They excused that the order was forgotten and promised to care about it. It took another 10 to 15 minutes until the plates arrived.
Both served plates were lacking in scrambled tofu. After mentioning it, it was promised that the missing items will be brought, which I declined. In addition I mentioned that we were supposed to have a stop for breakfast and we were not planning to waste 2h in there. They excused themselves once more and offered to reduce the bill by 50%.
However, it was not about saving money, but getting treated as a customer... So all in all a very disappointing experience and a reason to for sure not recommend the place and give it another try.

Food was just okay, it came quickly but unfortunately was cold, service was really poor and they add on a 12.5% gratuity charge which is cheeky. There are literally dozens of far better places to go and eat

The restaurant is nicely located on the docks of St Katherine's near the Tower Bridge. I went there with a friend for the vegan English breakfast and we really enjoyed it! The food was good and the staff was friendly!
