Very Vegan Friendly - Edit
Fresh produce, though smaller than your average grocery of course so there might not be something you’re looking for (e.g. asparagus).
Read moreI also saw a sticky note for a cheese that used to be vegan but now has cow stomach enzymes and I appreciated that staff would go out of the way to clarify that because the packaging didn’t do that.
Pros: Thoughtful about what is vegan
Cons: Some items might be missing , Non-food items are quite expensive

No vegan prepared options - Edit
This Natural Grocers has a pretty decent supply of vegan grocery options (vegan meat/cheese, frozen burger pattys, frozen meals, frozen pizzas, canned soups, pasta sauces etc.) I wish it had ready to go take away options but unfortunately I’ve never found any. Overall, it’s a good place to grocery shop (minus the bread section - they have a lot of brioche and not a lot of vegan options that aren’t also gluten free and really expensive). I love their produce but a lot of times they are low on inventory.

Cons: No prepared vegan options , Not a lot of bread options
