Read moreWe were welcomed a cozy, heart-warming atmosphere. The menu was a creative, surprising but just as convincing combination of delicious, nourishing, natural ingredients. Everything prepared in-house and with lots of love. As guests, we were treated with as much care and attention as must be dedicated to the conceptualization and preparation of the food, inspired by what nature provides at the season. Warm recommendation to anyone looking for food poetry

Very great meal - wonderful setting - Edit
The meal was amazing - leans heavily on raw and vegan food but there were a few dairy options as well. We super enjoyed the meal - the host Said was terrifically nice and welcoming.

Es ist schon 2-3 Jahre her, dass wir dort gegessen haben nach einer kilometerlangen Tour. Man konnte schön draußen sitzen und das Essen war sehr sehr gut, Shots und Fruchtleder super! Ich kann mich erinnern, dass wir ziemlich viel Geld bezahlt haben, vielleicht sollte man sich dessen bewusst sein, wenn man sich dort verköstigen lässt. Es ist allerdings so gut gewesen, dass sich die Ausgabe sicher lohnt.

The food here was amazing, fresh flavours, interesting ideas. The menu changes every few days and they were really helpful on explaining the food options. When we visited there were 5 starters, all vegan apart from one vegetarian. There were 2 mains, which we shared between us which were excellent, and then 5 dessert options. We were spoiled for choice and everything we ate was excellent.

High quality, relaxing meal - Edit
Had a fab meal here last night on the terrasse. The location is beautiful, right beside the church, peaceful yet at the heart of things. Starters were all terrific, especially the hummus. We all had the aubergine zalouk with cherry toms and sesame couriers noodles: really delicious. Including wine €34 pp.

Découvertes de saveurs et de plats originaux, cuisine vivante, très peu de choix tout est frais, la carte change chaque semaine. Je n'ai vu qu'une fois du poisson au menu Mais ils étaient dans l'optique de ne plus en faire du tout et le seul fromage est de brebis.

Wenn man mal in Avignon ist und aus den Trubel heraus möchte, so findet man auf der anderen Seite des Flusses dieses nette Restaurant. Es liegt direkt an der Kirche. Die Hauptgerichte wechseln alle 2 Tage (laut Koch) und waren beide vegan. Bei den Vorspeisen (ca 6) gab es ein Ziegenkäsegericht, was eine Ausnahme war. Alles war frisch zubereitet und sehr schmackhaft. Die Atmosphäre ist entspannt und nett. Es wird genau erklärt, was man da vor sich hat. Eine Empfehlung!

Read moreI ended up getting help with menu selection, and opted for a very tasty salad-like main with home-style Spelt sourdough bread, and a tall glass of homemade Choc Almond Milk (Yum!)
All up, would have loved to try their vegan deserts (all deserts on their menu are vegan!), but might have to leave that for another occasion..

Naturabsolu rounded off a great day of cycling around Provence. We rolled into Villeneuve-lès-Avignon from Uzès and the Pont du Gard on the basis of a recommendation for this small restaurant - and what a great choice! Congenial service from a very friendly chef who takes care with sourcing of ingredients. This policy extends to the Flemish-style beer Moulins d’Ascq Blonde which has certified biological hops and barley. I believe that you choose from a couple of meals they have prepared, all of which sounded very tempting. We ate a delicious meal outside with the sun setting on the town square. An unforgettable experience.

Most of the menu was vegan, and some of the items were raw. the starters and desserts were all vegan. two entrees were available, and one was completely vegan and the other could be made vegan (which I chose). the menus change every few days. the couple that owned the place was very sweet and knowledgeable about what is vegan, which was a relief. the food was very interesting and you could tell that a lot of thought and love went into the dishes.
