Difficult to find at first (map pin is about 100m off.. actual location is closer to: 43.963878 4.796901)!
I ended up getting help with menu selection, and opted for a very tasty salad-like main with home-style Spelt sourdough bread, and a tall glass of homemade Choc Almond Milk (Yum!)
All up, would have loved to try their vegan deserts (all deserts on their menu are vegan!), but might have to leave that for another occasion..

Naturabsolu rounded off a great day of cycling around Provence. We rolled into Villeneuve-lès-Avignon from Uzès and the Pont du Gard on the basis of a recommendation for this small restaurant - and what a great choice! Congenial service from a very friendly chef who takes care with sourcing of ingredients. This policy extends to the Flemish-style beer Moulins d’Ascq Blonde which has certified biological hops and barley. I believe that you choose from a couple of meals they have prepared, all of which sounded very tempting. We ate a delicious meal outside with the sun setting on the town square. An unforgettable experience.

Most of the menu was vegan, and some of the items were raw. the starters and desserts were all vegan. two entrees were available, and one was completely vegan and the other could be made vegan (which I chose). the menus change every few days. the couple that owned the place was very sweet and knowledgeable about what is vegan, which was a relief. the food was very interesting and you could tell that a lot of thought and love went into the dishes.
