They carry it all, fresh fruits, veggies, frozen goods, refrigerated goods, wines, body lotions, homeopathic items and more. I would go down the street to the local farmers market for my fruits and veggies though, but the selection of vegan proteins is good. Nothing is cheap, but you get quality items. They even have a deli counter with meats and cheeses. They have a flyer listing items discounted from 10-25%.
Pros: Nice neighborhood, Large selection, Discounted items
Cons: Expensive, Produce isn't the best
