Humble, tasty, central - Edit
This is another rustic, working-class spot with great no-frills dishes and several natural products on sale. I especially like their enchiladas with soy meat. Don't expect anything fancy, and make sure to be clear if you don't want cheese or cream. This is a cheap, central, long-established place and a great spot for a quick bite while exploring the historic center. Food tends toward the bland side, but you can request their (excellent) hot sauce on the side.

Tasty and Great Value - Edit
I ate here almost every day for a week while staying in Queretaro. The food was consistently tasty and quite inexpensive. There is a menu of the day with a filling meal of vegetarian food under 4 dollars. There are also a number of regular items that can be ordered from the menu. I especially liked the burritos and Huevos Mexicanos. Service was quick and the people who run the place are really nice and friendly. Note that they stop serving lunch after 2:00.
