However, serving meat and claiming you're concerned by the environment is a total non sense to me.
This, and the review below about the gestant cat make me think that the place is vegan friendly, but not animal friendly.

We had the flammkuchen with options vegan cheese and flambee'ed. It was tasty but there were way to little veggies and cheese on the dish. But maybe that's because the bottom was thin so it can't carry too much toppings. (Typical for flammkuchen) The flambe part was cool! But too much alcohol stayed on the dish which tasted a bit strong. The dessert vegan yoghurt with raspberry sauce was delicious! Cosy place.

The staff was very rude, maybe because only serving to one day tourists... The price was overpriced (be also aware that the prices listed are the take away ones). Uncomfy seats. Food tasted like nothing...

No damos crédito que en un lugar supuestamente vegano que deberían tener la filosofía de ir en contra de la explotación y asesinato animal nos digan tal barbaridad. Nos levantamos y nos fuimos muy disgustados.
English: We sat down to look at the letter and a beautiful Siamese cat with long pregnant hair appears between our legs, I ask the owner what will you do with the puppies ?, and she answers that if they are of breed she will sell them and if she will not kill them (doing the gesture of splitting their neck).
We do not give credit that in a supposedly vegan place that they should have the philosophy of going against animal exploitation and murder they tell us such barbarity. We got up and left very disgusted.
Francais: Nous nous sommes assis pour regarder la lettre et un beau chat siamois avec de longs cheveux en gestes apparaît entre nos jambes, je demande au propriétaire que ferez-vous avec la progéniture?, Et elle répond que si elles sont de race, elle les vendra et si elle ne les tuera pas le geste de fendre le cou).
Nous ne croyons pas que, dans un endroit prétendument végétalien, ils devraient avoir pour philosophie de lutter contre l'exploitation et le meurtre des animaux, ils nous disent une telle barbarie. Nous nous sommes levés et sommes partis très dégoûtés.

Es un restaurante con opciones veganas en el cual los animales les importan bastante poco, nos ha recibido una gatita siamesa de pelo largo preciosa pero embarazada al preguntar a la dueña nos ha explicado que las crías nacen de raza, ya que la junta con machos de raza, pues que a estos los vende y que si no son de raza pues los mata. Como puedes ofrecer comida vegana y que los animales y tu gata propia tenga que pasar por esos traumas. Muy mala impresión...

It's a nice little restaurant in Carcassonne which is not as overflowed as the other restaurants there. They serve vegan Flammkuchen - like a flat, crispy pizza - and also vegan dessert options (coconut yoghurt with fruits). The stuff was a bit overstrained when a lot of people came but they stayed friendly and that had no influence on the quality of our food. I would go there again.

Real (raw) vegan and gluten free options - Edit
Very clear, separate menu’s, for fully vegan, and gluten free. Friendly and helpful staff that also speak very good English. Not expensive. Good quality food, and good company including the house pets. When you are in Carcassonne, look no further and eat here. I am a big guy and like to eat a lot. I had the raw salad and the flammkuchen (see other reviews for pictures) and it filled me up very good. Tip, try the home made lemonade.

Wandering around in the heat we were looking for a light lunch and came across this restaurant. Amazing multi lingual waitress and one of the nicest salads I have had good reports ftom table next to us too

Amazing dessert and yummy flammkuchen - Edit
This place is really great! I had the vegan Flammkuchen with a bean base and lots if fresh and healthy vegetables. I also had a dessert made of coconut yoghurt and a raspberry sauce. This dessert was so incredibly good, I feel like I never had dessert this good. Also it's a very cute place with a lovely atmosphere. Go and try the food there, I'm sure you won't regret it!!! Would give 5 stars if it was possible.

Lovely place. Coffee with ‘vegetable milk’ (oat milk) option. Food was really good, 100% recommend the vegan pizza, very thin base with a bean and garlic spread in place of tomato sauce with veg and rocket on top. They forgot my coffee and the partners meal until reminded, apart from that service was great. We would defiantly come back.

A small, somewhat out-of-the-way (which is very nice in over-crowded Carcassonne), restaurant offering vegan flammekueche (listed under 'Sallees' on the menu) - a thin-crust type of square pizza. We had the one with the beetroot base.
