Juices are served in big 1 litre glasses - could ask for no sugar/honey. Has 3 locations in Playa del Carmen, one in Avenida Juarez on the other side of the highway bridge from the City Centre, and the other 2 almost next to each other on Avenida 30 with Calle 20. Open Mon-Sun 7:00am-12:00am.

we sat down asked for some help with translation and the server walked away, we called her over multiple times she ignored us and then served the table next to us. terrible service

Drink and eat plenty! - Edit
As someone that loves food I hate the small portions many restaurants serve. Nativo serves good size Mexican dishes together with 1 litre juices... I always leave happy and with a full stomach! Few vegetarian items that can be veganized by asking to leave dairy out, just be very clear about it as the staff do not always understand. My favourite is the vegetarian enchiladas asking to swap cream/chese with avocado.
Good place to visit on any hour, it is very popular with locals for Breakfast on weekend... Perfect food and drink combination to cure a hangover as well!
