Love Native Foods

Native Foods is excellent for fast-casual vegan fare. Is reasonably priced compared with many other vegan restaurants, they switch up the menu, and everything is usually pretty tasty. The desserts are pretty good, too. They have a large menu, with sandwiches being their specialty. My husband almost always goes for buffalo chicken. I often get one of their bowls ( I miss the macro bowl), but recently had the seasonal crab cake sandwich with wasabi aoli and it was very delicious. More sides would be nice, I often try to go the healthy route and get the steamed kale, but it could use some seasoning.

I would love to have a Native Foods in Saint Louis. It's great for the variety, and for having a reasonably quick and affordable meal.

Sad, I'll missed this place

Love Native Foods. As of 3/8/23, they have closed the Wicker Park location. Only two locations left, downtown Chicago and Belmont and Sheffield location

Pros: All vegan option, Great food

Cons: They closed the Wicker Park location

Amazing food!

The food was amazing! I got to try multiple menu items. The food had the look, taste, and texture of their non-vegan counterparts. My favorite items were the crunchwraps and the tomato bisque 😋

A Vegan Fav

I'm a Native Foods fan who visits whenever I'm nearby. This was my first time at this location.

Some of my favorite items had been discontinued (always a bummer), but they had some new things for me to try.

COOL CHICK SANDWICH -
from their summer menu was a chickn salad sandwich with bacon - it was so good. They now have an option of garlic fries as a side (ordered sans parmesan). Yum!

NACHOS -
I'm obsessed with their nachos and their chipotle sauce. Always fresh ingredients, always plentiful, flavorful, and phenomenal.

Download the Native Foods App to earn rewards. I don't live in a city with a Native Foods, so my visits are sporadic. The points have never expired on me and have been saved over multiple app upgrades. They accrue fairly quickly too. It's definitely worth your while.

Very good Mac and cheese

The Mac and cheese was delicious. I enjoyed the bits of the Buffalo “chicken” too. Would come back to try other items.

Pros: Good variety and seasonal menu items

Cons: Expensive , Parking can be hard to find

Best vegan burger I've had

It was like a jalapeno popper smash burger. Messy but delicious. Hard to beat that

Pros: So many amazing vegan options , Better than average ketchup , Friendly staff

Delicious, varied menu

Awesome comfort food when you're in the mood for a sandwich or nachos. Chicken, bacon ranch and nachos are to die for! Great for take out.

Quick good food

Had a nice green tea and CHICKEN, BACON & AVO CLUB which was really tasty with a side of fries . Had a decent hot sauce too. The seating and atmosphere could use improvement but food was aces!

Pros: quick good vegan junk food fix

Legit

Came here with family and friends. Sat outside, fast casual and came out pretty quick. Lots of variety. Highly recommend.

uh. the. best.

I am so grateful native foods exists. aside from being one of the downtown restaurants I frequent on the regular, I even ordered a small catering plate for a holiday. non-vegans loved it. vegans love it. if you haven’t had native foods yet, try their gastropub burger, or their “really fricking good chicken sandwich” - they call it that for a reason.

Pros: completely vegan chain restaurant , “fast food style” without feeling too unhealthy, affordable !!

Cons: parking is quite difficult at all locations, their lavender lemonade is not good lol

Consistently good!

Consistently good food. We've had nachos, several of the chik'n sandwiches, chicken wings, desserts, and soups. They've always been delicious!

Top notch

An excellent vegan restaurant! Healthy, filling meals with reasonable prices, friendly staff, and a good atmosphere.

Yummy!

First time here! Good service. A little pricey but worth it as a treat occasionally I got the gastro pub burger...SO good and flavorful and filling. My bf Got the Nashville hot chicken. Also got the truffle Mac and cheese..out of this world!

Filling and Fantastic

Got the Twister Wrap with naked grilled chicken and a side of such good sweet potato fries. Highly recommend!! Felt full and very satisfied afterwards. Also grabbed a Blondie brownie! Very yummy:)

Standard chain vegan cafe

Native foods is always a solid choice with many interesting options. Its a chain where you can get very similar experience in most cities. I like the nuggets and Mac n cheese. I've also had some really great desert that catches my eye while checking out. My favorite has been the salted caramel brownie.

Nice and chill place with big windows. Food is nice. Pretty big menu.

Good

I ordered the Bangkok curry bowl and it was good but could have had more flavor. It was not much of a curry. It did not taste bad but I wish it had more to it. The menu had soooo many other options so I would want to go back and try something else. All the food sounded so yummy!

Amazing burger and service

DON’T MISS THE CINCO DE MAYO SPECIAL!!!

This place is so mellow the food is so good. Their special carne asada bowl is EXCELLENT! Only till May 5th!!
