Untraditional items in traditional setting

Nice to see that "old fashioned" restaurants are adopting new things like planted chicken, too. Very nice to see a real dessert as well. And the outdoor seating has great views of lake and mountain. The whole thing does not come cheap, thouch, with around 30 franks for the main dishes, but it's not super expensive either.
Note that there's several restaurants at this hotel, National is at the eastern end.
