Fantastic - the vegetarian rendang is soo good

Gorgeous setting, full plant based menus and extra vegetarian dishes in the full menu. We’ve tried quite a few vegetarian places and the rendang was one of the best dishes we’ve had. Five balls with some rendang sauce (would have loved more sauce) sort of a nut loaf but lighter texture and so moreish. We had the eggplant dip as well, tasty.

Renowned Restaurant with Elegant Furnishing & Fragrant Peranakan Cuisine

Located within National Gallery, this is a smaller outlet but still elegantly furnished. Renowned for their Peranakan cuisine, I really appreciated the effort by this omni eatery to serve vegan-friendly renditions, all of which were deliciously fragrant, featuring family heirloom recipes, fresh herbs, and healthy whole food ingredients. Non-veg companion was impressed by the dishes we ordered - Kunyit Lemak King Oyster Mushroom that was delightly smoky, Sayur Lodeh, Nasi Goreng Kangkung, and Eggplant Goreng Dip with Emping Cracker. Would love to see even more vegan options in the future! Also wanted to give a special shoutout for the service - they went above and beyond to make our birthday celebration a memorable one!

Best Ta Hu Goreng!

They have both vegetarian and vegan options. We tried multiple dishes here. The Ta Hu Goreng was the best dish followed by Kueh Beng Kah. Definitely recommend this place!

Thrilled with a page full of plant-based options

The dishes surpassed expectations with their quality, delicately spiced and bursting with flavors. Choosing a favorite? Well, that's a tough one! Kueh Beng Kah wraps up the meal with its heavenly blend of fresh tapioca cake infused with coconut cream. Simply divine!

Very good and very expensive

Good, clearly labeled vegan food inside the National Gallery. We had the Nasi Goreng and the Oyster mushroom dish and both were delicious. The staff is very accommodating and the high price point seems justified.
