Two Options - Edit
So they have two vegan options: The Vegan Italian & Vegan Chicken Cutlet. They can also be ordered wich uses real cheese and mayonnaise.

I ordered the Vegan Italian half grinder and it was actually really good. Definitely a great sandwich.
I will be returning for their vegan chicken cutlet wrap in the future.
PS. After writing this review, I learned their bread is not vegan. So, for a true vegan sandwich, order their wrap.

The vegan Italian wrap was good! It’s always awesome when a sandwich shop has something for us vegans too! There aren’t many options maybe 2 or 3.

This goes for the several Nardellis locations. An FYI that the bread they use for grinders is not vegan, but if you get the full vegan wrap you should be fine. Getting it to dine in is better than ordering for takeout, I think they tend to put more on when you order in the shop. I’m glad there is a local place now with a full Italian wrap

Quick and Delicious! - Edit
Just tried this on their opening week of the sandwich!! It’s delicious and quick! So easy to eat on the go as well. I’m really not a grinder person, but I was super surprised at how good this was!
