Just what borås needed! - Edit
Although they sell meat, the idea of a fully ecological store is great!! They sell lots of vegetarian and vegan products and the staff is super friendly. They also have a vegan café, which I haven't visited yet since it hadn't opened the last time I was there. You should definitely pay this place a visit!
Pros: Vegan chocolate ;)
Cons: A bit expensive.

Just one choice - but a good one - Edit
If you love hot soup this is the place, different soup each day. Excellent taste this day, with sweet potatoes as main ingredient. Fresh bread, a couple of different spreads.
Pros: tasty, priceworthy, nice and tidy
