Average Thai

I believe that I visited NAPA on their opening weekend. While the cuisine offered here has some great potential, the flavor of the dishes wasn’t anything spectacular. However, the atmosphere (especially the outdoor patio) is very unique and beautiful. Hopefully this place will find its groove and improve.
