i love nando’s! great option for a group of non vegans and vegans. food comes out so quick. sauces are awesome

Cold food, small portions

Food wasn’t warm at all, service was slow and portions are small for the price and quality. Ordered vegan mayo I had to repeatedly ask about and received egg mayo in the end. Poor service and staff couldn’t care less unfortunately.

Pros: Good amount of vegan options

Cons: Rude staff, Cold food , Overpriced for quality and quantity

It was "meh"

We waited to get a table and then waited for such a long time to get our food. My burger was just standing there for over 15min. Obviously, our food was not hot when it got to the table.
The place obviously does not really have table service so cannot say much about staff but they seemed confused on what they should be doing. I cannot tell for sure if they were understaffed or overstaffed. Kitchen people were working like nobody was waiting.
The rainbow slaw tasted like plastic. Probably where it was kept. The burger and wrap were nice, apart from not being hot.
My partner did not feel right after she ate as well.
Edit: Came back to lower the rate as both me and my partner had a serious stomachache after this.
