Great food and knowledgeable staff - Edit
This place is the bees knees. The staff is very knowledgeable and will explain which options are already vegan and what can be veganized. Their cucumber Fresca drink is the perfect pairing for their curry udon bowl. Must try the rayu cucumbers!

I had avoided this place for years because, you know— it looks like a fried chicken place. It’s not!
Read moreThey seem to have merged with Ki Ramen, and now all of Ki Ramen’s vegan ramens are available.
The employee knew everything that was vegan, and if any modifications were necessary, I didn’t need to specify them. They seem to take veganism seriously.
I expected to see fried chicken branding everywhere but there just wasn’t. Their website brands it as Asian soul food, and that feels more spot-on than a chicken place.
